About me
Sport has always been a part of my life – I've tried almost every sport. For 15 years, artistic gymnastics was my home before I became a climbing and ninja trainer. After that, I dedicated myself to running and interval training, completed a half marathon, and for a while, did 100 burpees a day. My journey continued into calisthenics, and in 2023, I won the German title in freestyle calisthenics.
Today, my focus is on balance rather than performance pressure. Pilates and flexibility training have shown me a new, more conscious way of training – in harmony with breathing and movement. My goal is to stay supple as a cat and age gracefully by cultivating body awareness and a healthy lifestyle without the constant pressure to perform.
